(Help!!) Hyperlink when uploading in the Description Box

Hi Guys. Trying to upload my first work. I am unable to create an hyperlink in the Description box. Any tips? Will appreciate some help. Many thanks.

Using href should work, or I get it wrog?

<a href="YOUR LINK">YOUR TEXT</a>
