HARD REJECTION, PHP CodeIgniter 3 with php 8.1 supported

Hello, I submitted a PHP script, Framework CodeIgniter 3(Supports php 7.4, 8.1) on December 13, 2023, named as Friday - 360 Company Management System. My Item got hard rejected within 3-4 hours of submission with the message it isn’t the quality standard required to move forward. I didn’t know what went wrong actually.
