after asking the question, when will the author answer any rules?

Hi @irekchara,

Author should to reply as soon as possible for them. If you check the item support page there Author should mention their reply time. It depends on author. some reply within 1 day and some within 2 days but I believe they reply as quickly they can.

if you purchased the item and asking for any technical support then author is responsible to answer you. If author not response within 3 business days then you can get in touch with Envato Customer support by opening a Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
