Help for open a new account

Hay,
I worked at ThemeForest a few years ago with my friend. Last 1 year our activities was stoped. Now I want to start personally with the new account. The previous account was open with my information. Now If I open a new account with same personal information & TAX TIN, so that has a problem?

Yes you can open new account with your old information there will be no problem.
If possible remove previous account info and replace info that use with his info.

no, that will not be problem. You can use the same personal information & TAX TIN for the old and new account but you have to use a new email to create a new account and all will be fine.
