We recently submitted our theme but it got Hard Rejected.

This is what we received in the rejection email:
After completing our review, we’ve determined that ‘Exacto - Responsive
Multi-Purpose Theme’ isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue
forward with the review process on ThemeForest. As the submission is too
far off the standards we require, you’ll be unable to re-submit on this
occasion.
We’ve made sure that all of the requirements in https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822450-WordPress-Theme-Submission-Requirements are met, so we can’t really tell the reason behind the hard (not soft) reject. Any and all of your help will be appreciated.
