I need some feedback for my hard rejected theme.

My theme has been rejected around 3 or 4 times now, which makes me feel quite down right now. Here’s the rejection message i always get:
We have completed our review of “Toba Theme - Clean & Modern Wordpress Theme” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
Is one of the rejection reason is because i didn’t change the theme name ? Or maybe it’s design issue and lack of features ?

I see that you don’t have something build on your pages. Only dummy import.
Need to build design of your pages, check other wp themes on Themeforest.

Thank you for the feedback.
Actually i forgot to setup my demo, so it was just dummy data from WordPress Theme Unit Test.
But i have updated the demo site, please take a look.
With respect it’s not up to the standard.
There are plenty of similar free themes out there
There are numerous issues with empty spacing throughout esp. the ‘stay in touch’ footer
Hierarchy needs work throughout
Needs more options/variations of pages e.g. home, blog layouts, etc.

Using the same fonts, sizes and flat trying for everything is the main cause of hierarchy problems but the spacing and excessive white space doesn’t help as it amplifies it
