Help - Charged for a subscription that I don't have

I saw a huge purchase for $198, but the only thing that would correspond to is envato elements. However, when I login to my envato account, to cancel it, it says I have no active subscriptions. I’m miffed that Envato Elements doesn’t seem to have a way to contact them directly about this.

What do I do to get this removed? I am NOT paying $200 annually to NOT have a subscription to something.

Nevermind. Apparently, I’m an idiot, and purchased the subscription using an old login they supposedly deleted, but clearly did not. So I cancelled the subscription. I’m still irritated that the forum appears to be the only way to contact anyone.
