I created my very first theme forest account Friday and tried purchasing the porto responsive theme. After repeatedly putting in my billing info, per request of the error message, to purchase the theme, i logged out and tried to log back in. This is when i found out my account was locked. I can’t believe this!
I have submitted a help ticket request 527640. I received a response, says we are looking at this now, ticket sent to another team, we’ll get back to you shorty. I’m still waiting, not developing, which i need to be. Are there any solution?
