The reason for rejecting your files is probably because the simplicity of it. Are the images included in the download?
Generally modern design is good, but here it’s too plain. Similar designs, even more advanced can be found on the internet for free.
Look at the marketplace at what sells and what people consider a good design, inspire yourself and then try to create something yourself
