Hello! My item has been rejected. Please help

Hello,

We uploaded our first item here and it was rejected as “it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward”. Our product is a Top Seller item on the Official PrestaShop Marketplace and it was reviewed by PrestaShop team itself. We got only this generic message with no other informations to see what is wrong with our product.

Could someone explain us why our product isn’t at the quality standards required? We are very disappointed of this lack of transparency.

Hello, thanks for your replay. Yes, our product had attached a clean documentation for installation and configuration translated in 9 languages (en, fr, es, de, it, nl, pl, pt, ru). The format is .pdf and you can preview it here: readme_en.pdf (145.4 KB)

I think you should improve your instruction and insert the table of contents, etc. ( One of our product rejected for this reason they said product instruction needs be better ).
Does your product have a license for using?
