copyrighted images from official stores are definitely not allowed (all images irrelevant of source should be substituted for placeholders in the download version of the file)
content should be in English or Lorum Ipsum copy
there’s a few bits and pieces around spacing, typography etc that could be improved but start with the first 3 things as these must be a priority

Not if they are official or copyrighted images. Most professional stores will have their images protected and should not be used in demo or download.
The same goes for trademarks of protected logos.
There should be some stock or licensed images that can be used instead

I am not sure about from where those images are taken but yes you can get this level of quality images from the sites selling stock images. You should spend some time searching for images 
Being on the safe side is do not copy images from other sites.
