Hello i have removed my item by my mistakemistake , Is it possible my product to be returned on the envato market (codecanyon) , because i have users who purchased the item and will not be fair to them if i upload the script for review again , please help me to back my script to the life again.

Under terms and conditions once you remove a file then there is no option to put it back for sale, and you certainly will not be able to re-submit it for review.
That said you need to contact support https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as they are the right people to help

Technically it is in the author terms that it cannot be readded once removed BUT support may decide to reinstate it - they have the final say
