Header style don't change

After installing (last update) my newspaper theme 9.7 on wordpress 5.2.2 the diroctory parts,mobile, and many other directorys don’t exist when i want to costmise my header i can’t find the diroctory parts/header/header-style-X.php
even if i change it on theme panel from style 1 to other styles it dosen’t work nothing change
