Is it allowed to submit 2 different version of the same plugin?

Inside of the same download file, yes, you could or you could create a section at the backend to let the users to choose the settings ( advanced or basic )

Thank you for your reply, I meant 2 variations of the same plugin sold separately.

Its a WooCommerce license keys delivery plugin, I want to create 2 version, one with the basic features like adding and delivering license keys which is what most of the buyers ask for and an advanced version that have the license key generator and the API for users who are selling digital products

I want to know if this is allowed in CodeCanyon or no.

You may but there’s one condition.

You cannot sell the plug-in as lite/advanced
