Have 2 Licenses for Avada Theme.

Downloads page states that I have 8 months support remaining for both, when I don’t. How do I extend support without buying a new license?

Extending and Renewing Item Support:

Ok, I read that even before I submitted my topic.
The support for the first Avada Theme expired in Jan 2023. I was not notified that support expired. I bought a new license for another website in January. So the attachment shows the Envato is reporting that I have 8 months remaining when I don’t. So since I do not have a “Renew Now” as I should have… how to I obtain extended support for the first Theme. You didn’t answer that question.

Why can’t I extend or renew support for an item?

There are two reasons why you are unable to extend or renew support:

  1. You have more than 6 months support remaining on your current support grant; or
  2. The author has nominated to no longer support the item.

If the author is no longer offering support for the item then you will be informed of this on the Item page and there will be no function to extend or renew support.

Thanks

What you’re seeing is correct. All of your licenses share the same support entitlement. When you renew one license, you renew them all. When you purchase a new license, you achieve the same effect, with the new support period applying to your existing licenses as well.

So there’s no way to renew support for just one license, it’s all or nothing. When Avada’s systems connect with Envato’s to see if one of your licenses is still supported, they’ll see the same support expiration date for all of them.

In other words, you have nothing to worry about right now. Both of your licenses, including the first one, are supported for the next 8 months. If Avada is telling you otherwise, look for a way to refresh or reenter the purchase code so it can update the support info.

Thank you. Your response enabled me to resolve the issue and I now have support. Thank you, thank you.
