The same situation occur with me after work 5-6 month on the theme and it’s rejected immediately after half an hour.
Even you are lucky that people give a suggestion and point out the reason for rejection, I am posted after that rejection Theme Review Suggestion, still no one reply on my post to a current time.
And share one more thing after rejection I am uploaded my theme in wordpress.org and WordPress community approve my theme and currently within less than 15 days 400+ active user in my theme. https://wordpress.org/themes/daydream/
