Has anyone had a problem with money not getting to Payoneer? I sent it back because my card had expired. And for the second time the money did not reach my account. How to solve the problem.

To the best of my knowledge, the issue can be resolved by reaching out directly to customer service. Here is the customer service link for Payoneer:
Yes, i already wrote them 2 times, they said to solve the problem with Envato.
First issue is/was related to you when the account is not available. It’s normal that the money went back to Envato.
Secondly, Envato has changed the payment system. If you haven’t updated the payment method, it’s time.
