Has anyone experienced Pixflow support?

Hi all.
For starters, apologies if this is posted in the incorrect place.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Pixflow support. I’ve purchased ‘Pixity Land’ and have submitted a couple of tickets for support, but as yet nothing. That was about 10 days ago. If this is the usual turnaround time for assistance then I’ll quit whining, but it may just be that I’ve missed their reply - I’m assuming they do reply to my e-mail? Yes, I’ve checked spam.
