HARD REJECTION (Please help any experts)

I was working on product from more than 2 months built everything from scratch from design to coding but now hard rejected .

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Temp An Inbox - Temporary Inboxes Supporting Unlimited Domains” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Please anyone can check what’s wrong with it as no feedback provided , my all efforts went to hell even no feedback provided its really confusing.

Sorry! I am not familiar with this type of project functionality.

But from your demo URL, I am very much concern about security and the backend settings! and it can be main reason to get hard reject.
