submission have been getting hard rejection for the past 4 months.
It is really hard investing so much time, and cannot find the solution. Is there anyone who knows what am i missing then please help.

Even on the market there no plugin like it
I did spend a bit of time looking at this plugin, and I can see the potential. For me I like it and it might be a useful plugin worth pushing on the Wordpress site as a FREE option, with the ability to then sell the plugin later on.
I think if Envato rejected it, then perhaps the reviewer was not given enough detail to see what the plugin was aiming to achieve.
Well done though 
What’s the difference between just creating a custom category based page by password-protected feature on WordPress? Maybe I’m missing some points.
