My item has been rejected after soft rejection. Template was www.umairbutt.com/portfolio
They said to mention price also. So i defined $17 for this template. Then i received email hard rejection. Can any one tell me the reason please. Thanks in anticipation.
With all due respect if you got soft rejected only originally then you are incredibly lucky.
This is way way off the standard for here.
All the basics need rethinking including typography, margins, spacing, alignment etc.
There needs to be way more to it on terms of features and elements
Soft reject for price was an automated instance, it didn’t mean your template passed. Real review happened after you set the price and this is where you got rejection.
don’t give up. learn from mistakes and try again.
