We have uploaded a figma template for appointment management and it was rejected with following comments:

Could you please suggest us in which area we need to improve in order to get approved?

Wit respect there is a lot wrong here and you are going to need a much stronger grip on design basics like typography, hierarchy, styling, and spacing to get approved.

Beyond that the shadows and layouts means the design itself feels very out-dated

Figma templates have got to be pixel perfect in design and this is a compicated concept which is not going to make that easy
