If you cannot see what’s wrong with your item then you clearly lack experience to submit here. The design is pretty basic and generic. There are spacing and alignment issues. Contrast is not good, typography either. Subpages are dramatically poor and generic standard forms. Sorry to say this is not ready in terms of design and premium quality.
You need to work on it a lot more.
