I’ve recently received a fifth rejection for my portfolio theme, and I’m eager to enhance it. However, it’s proving challenging to identify specific areas in need of improvement since I haven’t received detailed feedback.

It’s the design quality as it’s not “good” for nowadays standards. Some good ideas within the template but this is an old-approach. If you submitted this one, let’s say 5 years ago, you would get approval but not now.
As said @ki-themes your template was approved 6 year ago… you can make new template search trending in pinterest, css winner, etc… for give your ideas. Good luck.
