hi first of all both horizontal and vertical versions of the logo are required
otherwise, the logo is rather cool and i rather like it but indeed, this is really way more basic when turned into one color and that may make a difference with some other logos actually
in addition, your typo is rather flat and common, if u can give it an original touch and some combinations a bit more worked out, u will increase your chances to have the items approved substantially indeed
