Probably that was rejected because of bad mixdown.

You should check volume balance of all the instruments.
Check Compression and Master Chain, maybe there is a limiter or compresor punching everything?
You have to work more on your mixdown. Check some Youtube videos about mixing instruments, look at some projects that you can find there and learn how you can improve your mixing skills!

Poor production skills in general. You need to practice more and more. The sounds and instruments in this track are just not pleasing and not fit together.
