Hard rejected item with alternative tune.

Hi,there! I am a bit confused… About two weeks ago(may be more) I uploaded an item called Bright logo 8. Today I caught a hard reject of my Bright logo 9 with these words: Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Bright logo 9” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
The difference between them(with the exception of variation) in one instrument that was removed because I considered it not suitable for alternative melody. You can hear it there: https://soundcloud.com/vet013/bright-logo-9/s-JGA7Z
Are they both bad and previous reviewer just did not noticed it about Bright logo 8 or removing one instrument changed “the game” or …? What do you think about it?

I personally don’t know a lot about logos, but I think it was quite good. Sometimes reviewers just have different opinions. If Bright logo 8 was approved and Bright logo 9 not. It at least means, you’re on the right track. Just keep it coming!
Also you might want to hear the opinion of someone more expirienced than me… I’m just starting out.
