Hi guys,
It’s the first time when I see this strange case.
One of my logo was soft rejected for a font upload link reason, I have made the change and replaced the font link and in a few moments my item was removed from the Hidden section and received an email with a hard reject.
How it’s possible, it’s very strange in my opinion, how can I proceed with this as it was a nice logo and worked hard for it?
Can I get in touch with them or should I reupload the logo with a comment in the comments space with the problem?
