hi there, for me it looks good and professional, i like, however , in the orange stripe u have a combination of elements which looks a bit strange as the head of the peson on the left gets cut and this can be embettered so that it looks better again … .otherwise, maybe they are looking for you to add a bit extra touch of originality indeed , hard to figure out what’s wrong otherwise
