The design is not too bad, but there is still room for improvement.
I’m not expert, but i can tell you what were the issues.
- Visual layout is not appealing. You need to refine the visual structure and hierarchy.
- The use of colors are too heavy. You can tone down the color by mixing light gray+dark gray. I can’t breath when looking at this heavy colored layout.
- Prioritize the important UI elements, hide the complexity.
- Stand out your brand color, but not necessary to use “main color” everywhere.
- Add some UI clues to those click-able elements. I don’t know what can click, what cannot click.

I have design all Menu bar / Popup window and hover style.
but , is there any typography mistake…?
I update the Color theme now…
