I get the second consecutive reject for the above tracks. I use the same harmonic and melodic techniques, the same instruments and post-processing with which my tracks were accepted for sale. What did I do wrong?
These sound pretty good to me. Especially the waltz, that’s really a nice piece of music. Maybe just not what they were looking for?
I wonder if they start rejecting Christmas submissions after Christmas is over? I’m new here so I can’t tell from experience, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they started turning down Christmas tracks after Dec. 25th even if the tracks were good enough quality, just because there’s so much less demand for them.
Either way if I were reviewing I would have accepted the waltz for sure. Maybe someone else with more experience can shed some more light on it.
