Header and footer both need attention (footer is way too much padding and deep)
Navigation needs work
Typography needs attention throughout
A lack of visual hierarchy and several inconsistencies
The while site needs more too it - more features, elements etc.
The works items are an interesting effect but there’s a lot of empoty space around the titles and not sure about the mis matched alignment and if that works
