Still not ready to be accepted in TF. You have to learn and familiarize yourself with the quality standard accepted here.
The design is not of high quality it is necessary to work in each and every one of the smallest details.

The concept is good but the design is dated, you need a very good designer to figure this out for you.

Of course it is possible, you have a good concept but I think you are more a developer then a designer just like me,you need help for a designer that know what he is doing. I got a hard reject with this theme, my first one http://themes.webdesign-flash.ro/upt/ , I am in the same situation like you, still searching for a good designer that has experience with wordpress themes, hard to find.
