[Hard-Reject] In Codecanyon and Themeforest

Hello folks!

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “AnimPlay - Bootstrap 5 Template for Anime Streaming” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Help me understand what I did wrong with my template? I actually prepared it for Codecanyon, but Codecanyon suggested submitting to Themeforest and Themeforest rejected it.

Any constructive criticism is very welcome, thank you!

Only seeing it on a phone but

  1. it looks like all pages eg tv shows, what’s new, features etc are the same content which feels quite lazy and unfinished

  2. I’m not convinced this is for CodeCanyon and not themeforest

  3. it would benefit from more layouts for the lists and item pages

I answer myself: Whoops! I found a terrible bug in firefox :sweat_smile:

It does look like the same page over and over again plus the alphabetical listing and search results sorting doesn’t do anything

You need a lot more added to this

What do you think is the ideal category for such a template? TV Show or Miscellaneous?
