My HTML site template recently got rejected with following message from the reviewers:
Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Stavropol - Responsive Coming Soon Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Could you please suggest what I have done wrong and in which area I need to improve in order to get approved?

I’m sorry for hard reject - I didn’t go with detailed inspection, but design-wise, I don’t see any (larger) issue … Perhaps it’s the matter of saturation in “coming soon” templates, so they reject it immediately … I really don’t know.
What does it mean "… and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again" ? Do you have to change item name when you re-submit again ( and make changes, of course ), or just that you need to go to end of queue ( just like you submitted item for first time ) ?
