Hard reject because my app doesn't meed quality criteria?

After long preparations for my listing, I got this discouraging message from the Envato reviewer team:
“Unfortunately your submission doesn’t meet our current minimum technical quality requirements for the category it was submitted to. Please consider taking some time to familiarize yourself with our current library and quality levels of popular items before resubmitting.”

It is beautifully designed, and functions as intended. Any advice?

impressive stuff. that is a pretty decent app I’d say, professional enough to be sold to potential suiters on a platform such as this.

why such a beautifully designed app didnt get the green light to be listed on here is nuts.

I like it at all.

The only thing which got caught by my eyes is the font that’s somehow not appropriate.
Gallery in the title is somehow too small.
Library and Gallery are pretty much unreadable on the tabs on the footer.
