It was rejected due to master/mixing. I can guess that it was rejected because of muddy low end. What do you think?

You’re definitely right about the muddy low end. Can’t comment on anything else, more experienced users would help you in an alternative universe where they comment on threads like this one.

I think you want to rethink your orchestration. Both the strings and the piano part seem to occupy the same frequency range and so fight for the listeners attention. Try changing the octave of one of the parts.
