I have Prestashop e commerce site that seems to have developed a problem of not uploading data even though backend shows data is updated.

Initiallly we could upload data without any glitches and preview and allow it to go live. However now it shows that draft is saved however on preview some data goes missing and when you try and make it live more data disappears.
Any ideas to resolve this will be highly appreciated

Did you contact the theme author?
Yes I did and they keep saying its fine from their end.
However its still recurring. I will try nad reinstall thw theme again and see if it persists
Maybe the theme don’t have the hook in witch you put your data.
I could help if I have a closer look.
