Graphicriver submission: Isn’t at the quality standard needed.

Hello guys, creatives!

Recently received this feedback for my submission on Graphicriver:
“After completing our review, we’ve determined that ‘Minimal Pixel OS Login & Registration Form’ isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue forward with the review process on GraphicRiver. As the submission is too far off the standards we require, you’ll be unable to re-submit on this occasion.”

Here is the proposal: http://mockupr.com/mu/jmhb7600

Please explain for me why was this rejected.
Thanks!

P.S. There are many Form elements on the site, this one is so horrible:
Removed: Calling out authors or files
Sorry if this is your work who reading this, but it think the style of my Login & Create account design is way better.

Please do not call out other files or authors in forums, and you can’t really compare a file being submitted today to one that was approved 7 years ago.

I am no designer (and quite like the social bits - except the shadow on them), but it appears quite basic for today’s market, the typography could possibly be made better, the “login .v. create an account” more distinguished, and given that features of the form, which is in itself very simple, do not align perfectly - it could be improved.
