Graphicriver reject Thumbnail

Thumbnail

My item has been rejected. it isn’t at the quality standard required

I think that it is only becouse of my Thumbnail. It appears pixelated

This is the mail that envato send me.

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Spa Gift Voucher Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

We appreciate the effort and time you’ve put into creating your item. And we’d be happy to help make sure your next entry will meet our submission requirements.

Here is an image of my item:

If you can help me i will really appreciate.

Thanks

I doubt it’s only the thumbnail - there are other issues in the core design e.g. the QR code doesn’t align to the rest of the design, the terms and conditions text is not evenly padded, there would need to considerably more variations/options/layouts for this to be approved

hi indeed, as @charlie4282 mentioned , i also doubt that this is only a matter of thumbnail , in my view what u have here is rather cool , but maybe a bit too simple graphic design wise and maybe they expect u to push the envelope a little bit indeed. U also have a small issue of contrast for the blue line thus making it difficult to read , which is a problem as regard to the kind of information that this is standing for. in the terms and condition side , beware of alignement … there is not alignment at all as for we can see and of course this is ruining your preview and item quality. Otherwise icons in both sides are a bit too simple and seem to consist of photoshop presets, which is not a really good idea. I also doubt that having the qr code is both side is really legitimate indeed
