Got rejected copyright claim (Elite Alliance did it again)

I have a subscription to your platform and downloaded tracks from Envato by Nstring, registered with Elite Alliance Music. When I uploaded a track to YouTube, I received a copyright claim. I submitted the licenses, but my dispute was rejected. I need a solution or a refund. I also appealed on YouTube to place the monetization in escrow. Here are the disputed track

I contacted the author but got no response, and I don’t even know if the email went through.

This is frustrating. Managing many videos and manually contacting the author every time is not ideal. According to the forum, this happens a lot with Elite Alliance. Can anything be done?

From what I gathered about Elite Alliance in the forums, they strictly apply the license terms and reject disputes when the terms are breached.

Your video seems to be within those terms, but maybe you have used the same license on another video? Each video requires its own license.

If not, @Nstring should be able to assist you.

Yes, I used the same license txt as I did for every track before this. I had no idea this is the case. I will send the new license to the author again.

He said , that he used the same license in different videos , now he will send the new one. Problem must be solved. One video — one license

Well, there you have it. If you used the same license before, you cannot use it again. You need to register a new license and provide that new license to @Nstring so that they can assist you in clearing the claim.

I have taken all the necessary steps to address the copyright claim, but it still persists. I also sent an email using the provided form and have not received a reply from the author. Could you please guide me on the next steps? I am quite concerned about the possibility of receiving a copyright strike.

I wrote to EA team. You problem should solved in 1-2 days.
