Got my subscription forcibly canceled

I bought your subscription yesterday.
Today I checked my email, and I see that I’m unsubscribed, have a refund, and cannot login using my main email.

I see no reason for that provided by you. I did nothing wrong; the only thing I did was download one theme.

What happened?

That is done for security reasons. Here you will find explained that as well as how to get in touch with the Envato support team. They will then recheck why your account got locked and you will be notified if that is permanent or you will get access again. Make sure that you follow the steps explained in that article while submitting a request.
