I like new logo, because it’s simple

I guess for a brand big as Google, people expected something extraordinary.
They went for a rather simple approach. They probably wanted to jump in the flat/modern wagon.
It suits the google brand
Google always has been trying to come up with clean & simple logos.
In that sense, new logo perfectly matches their identity.
We like it or not, that doesn’t matter sadly. Google sets the trend, industry tends to follow that (most of the time).

in my view they made even flatter …
man! i hope not, because if all the brands have the crazy idea to bring those poor tasteless things to the table, the whole of us who have anything to do with design will get unemployed! so flat that a 5 years-old child can create it!
it would have been a been better than the one that they have … on the other hand, no matter what u do , it could not get worst anyway …
yes let’s commit suicide lol if we do all people will rightfully so believe that we are useless and there’s no need to pay for designs and designers …
For me, it doesn’t matter what logo they are using…as long as they keep the same search engine or services 
I like them not because of their logo, but because everything they create (except Google Plus 
) is simple and intuitive.
