Google Analytics Option in Author Dashboard

How to set up google analytics in author dashboard setting?
I tried getting Google Analytics Tracking ID and I got the following form, how should I fill it?
Has anyone done it already?

For the website name, enter “CodeCanyon”.

For the website URL, enter the link to your portfolio (https://codecanyon.net/user/Web_Trendy)

i am facing problem while adding tracking code in Google Analytics in Author Dashboard

Hi

you should provide only the tracking id instead the full analytics code. tracking id as like: UA-xxxxxxxx-x

Here’s a question. Can we track conversions? I always tried to check these but I don’t think it’s possible?
