I bought a plugin on envato market, Gocha Video Comment, and subscribed to the 6 month support. I need help to integrate and use this plugin, but the ticketing support doesn’t work (blank page on “submit ticket” page @ https://gochadesign.ticksy.com/submit/
).
The support, that I contacted by email, is not reactive at all. Is this plugin still supported? How can I benefit from the support I paid for ?
