Please forgive me if this has been answered before. I did search with no success.
I purchased a theme for a customer. It’s under my account but I would like to give them the rights to this file and relinquish my rights to it.
Is this possible?

Yes you can transfer the rights to use it to them (just put that in writing when doing so and make sure you remove all copies from your machines etc.).
Bear in mind that they will not be able to access future updates or support.
