hi firs of all there is an issue of style. This style is deja vu- like indeed and u really need to push the envelope graphic design wise if u ask me … this will also increase the commercial potential of your item and increase the potentiality of having your work approved, too. The text on the left side is not well organized enough at this stage, u need to re-arange, as, right now, what u have is looking too compact at the bottom and there is way too much space on top … u should take the bullet under the logo in my view and shift the logo to white color, this will prevent tp make it look like not well aligned because of the bullet shape … or otherwise u can choose to align well in the rectangle (bullet) and make the logo overcome in the upper part and add a white stroke
