I need to make a website almost identical to giphy.com I need the frontend functions of what you see on giphy.com integrated into this theme http://boombox.px-lab.com/animatrix/ I need all the features just as user create gif from video urls, upload mp4 and create a gif, after creation provided with embed codes, download codes, direct link and direct share.
I need to know how much? or can someone just make it because NOBODY has made anything like this and you could make some $$$$
