Getting WP Bakery Visual Composer to work again in a KLEO THEME

I have not been able to update my website for the past 5 days, as the backend of WP Bakery has stopped working. My host says it’s not their problem.

I was told I did not have to buy WP Bakery since it was part of the Theme. To delete it and reinstall it from Appearance… but it does not seem available.

I’ve been deactivating and reactivating one plugin after another, as per my host’s suggestion, without success.

Next step? Any suggestion?
