I purchased a template called Vivo Health and Medical from Bold Themes. There were supposed to be a number of medical themes to choose from. I wanted the Family Doctor theme specifically, but when I downloaded and installed the template, there were no themes at all. I’ve sumbitted tickets and reached out, but I’ve heard nothing from the Bold Themes or from Envato. How do I go about getting the themes that were supposed to be part of the purchase or how do I get a refund?

Thank you for the information. I followed the directions, but when I click on the .xml file to install, I get a message that says “Installing… 0%” but it doesn’t move off of 0%, or at least didn’t after about 15 - 20 minutes. Any suggestions?
I am contacting you again. I have followed the directions, but when I attempt to install, it simply says “Installing… 0%.” If I can’t get this to work, I’d like a refund. I’d really like to get this working. I’d be happy to create an admin login for you to access the account if you think there is something I’m missing. I am new to WordPress, but I think I’ve done exactly what I’m supposed to.
